Haría Paving Plan

The Haría City Council is launching a tender for the repaving works on Calle San Juan de Haría and its surroundings. Specifically, the City Council will also act on Faja, Piletas and Vistas del Valle streets.

The mayor of Haría, Evelia García, highlighted that “the City Council will invest more than 320,000 euros to improve one of the main arteries of the municipality, a road that, being at the entrance of Haría, is a vital connection point with the population and visitors of the municipality.”

“The reform of this road will resolve a historical demand of the residents, as it is in a state of deterioration and compromises comfort and safety when traveling on it,” García pointed out.

“Within the ambitious paving plan that we have developed, Calle San Juan will be added to those that we have already repaved,” the mayor highlighted.

The works will consist of the resurfacing of the road, prior to milling the pavement on the sides of the street section to avoid raising the height due to the disparity in the elevation of the existing buildings.

The works have a budget of 320,324.79 euros and will have a one-month execution period. Interested companies may submit their applications until March 13 on the Public Sector Procurement website.
