The councilor of Compromiso por Haría Bruno Santana has left this Monday the City Council of Haría. The councilman has alleged "personal matters" in his resignation to the act.
First he has resigned from the areas for which he was responsible, specifically, those of Contracting, Project Coordination, Technical Office and Primary Sector and later he has left the City Council.
As it had been said for some weeks, there was not only an internal crisis between the parties that make up the Government, the PSOE and Compromiso por Haría, but within the Compromiso por Haría bloc itself.
This situation has ended with the departure of Bruno Santana. For the moment, Santana's areas will be assumed by the mayor of Haría, the socialist Alfredo Villalba.
The deputy mayor of Haría and president of Compromiso por Haría (CxH), Chaxiraxi Niz, did not want to make statements. Meanwhile, a few days ago she gave an interview on Radio Lanzarote-Onda Cero where she said she was not comfortable with the Government Group or with her pact with the PSOE. However, this position is not shared by the entire political formation she represents.
