The Arrecife City Council will take to the plenary session the sanction of three aluminum carpentry businesses and a bar-cafeteria for operating without the required enabling title. Initially, these sanctions were to be approved at the plenary session scheduled for this past Monday, which was ultimately suspended.
On the agenda, the council had four sanctions in the matter of classified shows and activities. The first of these, against the Guanapay bar-cafeteria, which operates a hospitality business on Blas Cabrera Topham street without the enabling title.
In addition to this cafeteria, there are also three premises dedicated to aluminum carpentry. The first of these premises operates as an aluminum treatment company on Nuestra Señora de Los Volcanes street, on Escardillo street, and on Márques de Comillas.
All these businesses face sanctions of up to 15,001 euros for operating without the required enabling title. These four sanctions and the temporary closure of these premises while their administrative situation is regularized will likely be brought for approval again at the next municipal plenary session.
