The Arrecife City Council, through the Contracting and Festivities departments, headed by Deputy Mayor Echedey Eugenio, has put out to tender the service for the organization, realization, and execution of the Three Kings' Parades for the years 2027 and 2028, with the aim of ensuring in advance the planning and development of one of the most anticipated events of the capital's festive calendar.
The file, published this Thursday, October 8, on the Public Sector Contracting Platform, establishes an estimated contract value of 211,000 euros and a base tender budget of 112,885 euros, including taxes, of which 105,500 euros correspond to the amount without taxes. The procedure is processed through an open procedure and electronic submission of offers.
A contract that prioritizes quality and proposals to expand the Parade
The procedure contemplates the evaluation of both the economic offer and the artistic proposal, as well as the improvements that companies can contribute to enrich the celebration. Among other aspects, the design and characteristics of the floats, the lighting, and the service execution proposal will be taken into account, as well as the possibility of incorporating a specific float for the elderly, additional street performers, and a greater quantity of candy during the route.
The deputy mayor and head of Contracting and Festivities, Echedey Eugenio, highlights that the tender allows the City Council to “work with time and planning on a celebration that brings together thousands of families in the streets of Arrecife every year. We want a parade that is meticulous in all its details.”
Electronic submission of offers
The contract is processed through an open procedure and ordinary processing, and the deadline for interested companies to submit their offers will remain open until October 26, 2026, at 13:00 Canary Islands time. The announcement states that the submission must be made electronically through the Public Sector Contracting Platform.
Echedey Eugenio encourages interested companies to consult all the documentation of the file and to submit their proposals within the established deadline.
