The Councilor for Festivals and Deputy Mayor of the Arrecife City Council, Echedey Eugenio, encourages professionals in the catering and fairground industries to apply for the installation of stalls and fairground attractions during the upcoming San Ginés Festivals, which will be held from August 14 to 25, once the Official Provincial Gazette (BOP) has published the decrees with the regulatory bases today, Monday, establishing the scoring criteria for their award.

In this regard, from this Tuesday the 21st until next Monday, July 27th, the deadline will remain open for both the installation of the summer terrace, which will be located on the city's seafront, between Avenida César Manrique and Olof Palme, and for requesting the traditional stall locations, a total of five which will also be situated in the city's marina, in the section between Avenida Coll and Avenida de Vargas.

On the other hand, applications to install some of the 20 mechanical fairground attractions, such as bumper cars, and non-mechanical ones, such as tombolas, which will be installed on the Ginory plot, can be submitted until next Monday, August 3rd. Additionally, applications can be made for the installation in this space of stalls selling portions, tapas, sandwiches, and products of a similar nature, as well as stalls selling popcorn, hot dogs, or similar items, and sweets in general, allowing for a total of nine stalls and with the same deadline.

The submission of applications can be carried out both in person at the Arrecife City Council itself and through the electronic headquarters. In both locations, the bases, which include the scoring criteria for resolving the corresponding awards, can also be consulted.
