The Arrecife City Council has decided to close the open playground that was opened this summer in the Argana Alta neighborhood, in the area of Tajaraste Street, to proceed with the "repair of some damage" detected in the pavement. The City Council required the company that won the tender, and installed this modern playground, to repair these detected damages at the expense of the guarantee.
The Councilor of the Children's Parks and Parks and Gardens Area, Roberto Herbón, has detailed that the repair work requires that this enclosure be "closed". The facilities will remain closed between this Wednesday, October 18, and Sunday, October 22. During these days, the areas of the continuous pavement of the new children's leisure area, the largest in Lanzarote, will be repaired at the expense of the guarantee of the company that won the contest, built and assembled it.
The City Council had the collaboration of the Cabildo de Lanzarote for the construction and bidding of this large playground in the largest neighborhood of the capital. The facilities were tendered by the first institution, and the playground was put into service last August, after its reception.
