About 100 boys and girls attend a new edition of 'Miniatures Kids'

The Congress, promoted by the Cabildo de Lanzarote, was held this Saturday at the Farmer's Monument

The Cabildo de Lanzarote and the Foreign Society for Economic Promotion – SPEL, celebrated this past Saturday 'Miniatures Kids'. The Congress brought together a hundred boys and girls in two shifts at the Farmer's Monument.

Through cooking and led by chef Rubén González, director of Miniature, and the rest of his team, 80 boys and girls
"have enjoyed experimenting with healthy ingredients", the Cabildo de Lanzarote pointed out in a note.

The president of the Cabildo, María Dolores Corujo and the CEO of the Art, Culture and Tourism Centers, Benjamín
Perdomo, wanted to accompany the young participants.

"The Russian salad has been the star dish", affirmed the highest island body, "which they have shaped using kitchen utensils, hats, aprons and everything necessary to carry out their culinary creations".

This event has also served the children to learn "the importance of teamwork, solidarity between
companions and some brushstrokes on Basque culture".
