The wedding of the journalist from Lanzarote, Dailo Allí, and Scott Karrel, brought together guests from all over the world and several colleagues from the sector at Jameos del Agua last weekend.

Having visited hundreds of countries for his work at the UN, both Dailo and Scott were clear that their wedding had to be in Lanzarote, and especially in Los Jameos, a magical place that represents the volcanic essence of the island very well.

Specifically, the wedding produced by Chavaud Producciones had a total of 180 guests from 43 countries, including Sudan, Argentina, China, Chile, England, Australia and well-known business magnates from the United States, such as Claudia Edelman, wife of the American businessman Richard Edelman.

Notable names from the world of journalism also attended, such as Marta del Vado, Leticia Iglesias, Telecinco presenter and Nicolás Castellano, who was in charge of officiating the wedding.

"I toast today to friendship, love, family and the right to love in freedom," Iglesias published in a post on her Instagram profile, along with some images from the wedding.

After the emotional ceremony enlivened by the timplista José Vicente Pérez, the attendees were able to enjoy a cocktail musically accompanied by Aaron Paul Bruyning and the Black Pearlsa and a performance by the Drag Armani D'VYNE. Also, during the dinner there was a vindictive LGTBI speech, where they talked about the difficulties that the group has to marry in more than 70 countries around the world, followed by another performance by the timplista who encouraged the Americans to dance to the song "Somos Costeros" to the rhythm of parranda.

After performing the typical Jewish dance of the chairs, the DJs Dj Mike Cabrera and Carlos Chavaud put the finishing touch to this special day.
