The celebration of contemplation was focused on two parts. The first, taken from the book of Isaiah and the second from the letter to the Hebrews. Thus, it continued with the proclamation of the Holy Gospel, according to Saint John, corresponding to Good Friday. This became the main axis of the celebration, where the narration of the Passion and Death of the Lord is collected. As appropriate, the reading is presided over by the celebrating priest, Juan Carlos Medina, counting for it with the participation of two parishioners, one in the role of narrator and the other as a representative of the people.
Another moment of recollection occurs in the adoration of the Holy Cross, where the parishioners approach the Crucified, bowing their heads as a sign of respect. Good Friday is the only day of the liturgical year that the Catholic Church does not celebrate the Eucharist, the distribution of Holy Communion will be carried out with the reservation of the previous day, Holy Thursday, consecrated at the Last Supper.

Next, the throne with the image of the Recumbent Christ, next to the celebrating priest, and then the throne with the image of Our Lady of Sorrows, very sheltered by the parishioners, who did not stop shooting their mobiles immortalizing the moment while others knelt as they passed.
On the way back, already inside the temple, the Music Band directed by Professor Pepe Artiles offered a small recital based on processional marches.
