The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has reduced the high temperature warnings for this Tuesday and Wednesday in Lanzarote and La Graciosa, changing from orange to yellow.
Initially, orange warnings were planned for these two days due to temperatures of up to 37 degrees, especially in the southern inland areas of the island.
However, the forecast has now changed, so Aemet has decided to lower this warning to yellow, which begins on both days at 11:00 AM and ends at 8:00 PM.
Temperatures of up to 34 degrees are expected in Lanzarote and La Graciosa, most notably in the interior, south, and east-facing slopes. Additionally, minimum temperatures in these areas may not drop below 25 degrees.
