The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts weak rains, cloudy skies and strong wind for this weekend in Lanzarote and La Graciosa.
As you will recall, both islands will be this Saturday under yellow warning for wind from 06:00 hours and will extend until 17:59. Gusts of up to 70 kilometers per hour from the north component are expected.
For the day of Saturday, there will be a predominance of cloudy skies with probable weak and occasional precipitation during the early morning. Minimum temperatures will be slightly rising, while maximum temperatures will have few changes. Thus, values are expected between 14 and 20 degrees. The wind will blow from the northwest with strong intervals in inland areas where very strong gusts are probable. In the last hours of the day it turns to the north and decreases its intensity.
As for Sunday, skies with cloudy intervals are expected, more compact during the first half of the day, with low probability of weak and occasional precipitation. Temperatures will barely vary, with lows of 13 and highs of 21. The wind will blow moderate from the northeast with strong intervals on the southeast and northwest slopes, very strong gusts not being ruled out.
