The Cabildo of Lanzarote, with the collaboration of Proexca, will celebrate the fashion show Lanzarote Fashion Weekend on November 18. This event will be attended by some of the most prominent influencers on the island, accompanying the more than ten firms of the Lanzarote Moda program that will present their designs on the catwalks.

The Minister of Industry, Miguel Ángel Jiménez, invites the entire population to attend this innovative event that seeks to give visibility to the talent of the island's textile sector, mixing culture, fashion, tourism and gastronomy in a magical day.

Among the invited Canarian influencers are Obe Rosa (@obe.rosa, +11k followers), a well-known communicator from the Island; Laura Ramírez (@depetitsmoments, +79k followers), fashion, beauty and lifestyle influencer; Noel Bayarri (@noelbayarri, +634k followers), influencer and public figure with a long career in television; Alvaro Jiménez (@alv_jimenez, +19k followers), writer and influencer from Lanzarote; Ruymán Medina (@ruyman_mv, +10k followers), choreographer and influencer, and Ornella Forcellati (@ornefp, +33k followers), influencer with content focused on gastronomy, lifestyle and plus size style.

“Between them, they add up to one million followers on Instagram alone and will be a fundamental claim to give visibility to the participating designers and the event itself,” the counselor pointed out.

For its part, Juan Duyos will participate in the Fashion Talk, an experienced professional with more than 30 years of experience in fashion shows around the world and collaborations with leading companies in the sector; Moisés Nieto, a sustainable fashion brand founded in 2011 by the designer who gives the firm its name and who has received several awards nationally and internationally, and Juan Carlos Pajares, one of the talents of Spanish fashion who has conquered the ‘Streetstyle’ style in fashion weeks such as New York, Milan, Paris, Stockholm, Dubai or Madrid.

Lanzarote Fashion Weekend 2023 will bring together fashion, gastronomy, commerce, music and tourism in a single space this Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. In addition, it will have a market, where local brands such as Milagro Mutante, Almagre, Siliza, Nanni Jewelry, Famara Spirit and Macaronesia Swim, among others, will meet.

The space will have three different areas: The Entrepreneurship space, where the firms and commercial brands will be located; The Entrée space; with a very defined theme with Dj, theatrical, musical performances, and a gastro area and a KissingRoom.
