This hot Saturday the Traditional Market of Haría has received the visit of the acting President of the Government of Spain, Pedro Sánchez together with his wife, Begoña Gómez. He has also been seen accompanied by the television presenter Jesús Calleja and the filmmaker Alejandro Amenábar.
Sánchez has toured the town square and the different stalls and has agreed to take photos with all those who have requested it. On his walk he also met the councilor of the City Council, Evelia García, who also wanted to immortalize the moment with an image next to the president and his wife.
Jesús Calleja has also toured the stalls and has agreed to take photos with his followers. He could be seen with Aduén Morales, vice president of the Unión Norte wrestling club.
According to La Provincia, the three were in one of the reference restaurants in the north of Lanzarote, Tacande, located in the Plaza de Haría. With them was a reporter from Cuatro and they recorded behind closed doors in the aforementioned establishment, which they left around 2:00 p.m.
As will be recalled, Sánchez landed last Monday in Lanzarote with his family to spend a vacation after spending a few days in Morocco and for now it is unknown how many days he will remain in Lanzarote and if he will develop any public agenda even if it is a private trip.
