Neighbors of Caleta Caballo made a giant tortilla to enjoy the last weekend of the La Lapa town festival.
Many people have collaborated to make this delicacy. A recipe that used 500 eggs, 80 kilos of potatoes, two kilos of garlic, three kilos of bacon, and one of salt.
Around 6 hours were needed to cook it, not counting the time that was necessary for the previous preparation of peeling potatoes and so on.
The coastal town closes its festival this Sunday, September 6, with the maritime procession of La Lapa.
