Lanzarote has reported 65 positive cases of Covid in the last day, thus improving the data of the previous two days. In addition, 361 discharges have also been registered, so the Ministry of Health places active cases on the island this Thursday at 1,931.
The previous day 658 tests were carried out on the island, as a similar figure to the previous day, when 112 positives were reported. However, some of the cases that generated that peak corresponded to positives from previous days, which had not yet been counted.
The accumulated incidence this Thursday is 180 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in 7 days, with a decrease of four points compared to Wednesday; and 442 in 14 days, with a decrease of 33 points.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, 18,759 patients have been diagnosed with coronavirus on the island, of which 16,761 have already overcome the disease and 68 have died.
