AENA has reported that a total of 252 flights have been canceled this Sunday in the Canary Islands, due to adverse weather conditions, which have also caused 38 diversions.
According to the latest data update from Spanish Airports and Air Navigation (AENA), at the Tenerife Norte airport there have been 101 cancellations and eleven diversions to Tenerife Sur.
At the Gran Canaria airport there have been 37 cancellations and 25 diversions, while at the La Palma airport there have been 55 cancellations and two diversions.
Air traffic in Lanzarote has registered 33 cancellations; another 20 at El Hierro airport and six at La Gomera, according to AENA.
