La Graciosa has become the first territory in Spain in which its entire population over 16 years of age has already received the full vaccination schedule against Covid.
The eighth Canary Island reached this milestone on Sunday, the day on which the last people to be vaccinated from the initially established target population received the second dose.
This was announced from the Molina Orosa Hospital in Lanzarote, from where it was indicated that the vaccination of children over 12 years of age is the only thing missing in the eighth island, an objective that they say is "very close".
