The Lanzarote photographer Juan Méndez Quesada captured an impressive image of the Moon rising behind the Gran Hotel de Arrecife on Monday night.
The snapshot was taken from a distance of 6.5 kilometers, from the Matagorda area. At that moment, as planned, the satellite emerged from the left of the characteristic capital hotel and ascended to be placed right above it.
At this moment, Juan Méndez captured the Waning Moon, days after trying to take a photograph of the blue supermoon episode.
However, "the weather conditions" due to the presence of clouds did not allow him to make the image he expected. It was for this reason that he planned this new work.
