The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts heat, haze, and wind for this weekend in Lanzarote and La Graciosa, where many pilgrims will journey to Los Dolores.
For this Saturday, generally little cloudy skies are forecast with intervals in the west in the early and late hours. There will be haze at altitude and temperatures will have few changes or a slight increase, with minimums between 21 and 23 degrees and maximums of 30.
For its part, the wind will blow moderately from the north with intervals of strong gusts in the southern and southeastern interior of the island.
Looking ahead to Sunday, there will be little cloudy or clear skies. Haze will continue to affect the island. As for temperatures, they will be slightly increasing, with minimums between 20 and 23 degrees and maximums of 33. The wind will blow between light and moderate from the northeast.
At the beginning of next week, temperatures will continue to rise and it is likely that 36 degrees will be reached. However, for the moment this forecast could change and Aemet has not activated any warnings yet.
