Drone presentation in Teguise

Emerlan volunteers presented in Teguise the new Matrice 30 device, a compact drone with rapid deployment and high autonomy, which will support the interventions of the Local Police and Civil Protection Teguise.

The councilor Olivia Duque, accompanied by her colleagues Miguel Ángel Jiménez and Eugenio Robayna, were able to verify the technical features of the new drone with remote control and integrated 7-inch touch screen waterproof that has the ease of live transmission, without installing applications on any external device.

The drone has three cameras integrated in the same gimbal: wide-angle camera, 200x zoom camera and highly sensitive thermal camera, which facilitates great visibility in low-light environments, as well as 4k image quality. In turn, in the same complement, it has a measuring laser, which facilitates coordinates and positioning at the moment.

It is capable of tracking objects, people and animals remotely without getting too close to the target, and has presence sensors in several directions, which makes the flight safe to avoid possible collisions, as well as the function of "Return to Home" established as a security measure for the correct obtaining of the aircraft in any situation.

In addition, a speaker and spotlight unit has been attached, with the possibility of handling it individually or in conjunction with the rest of the equipment. The speaker allows to emit previously recorded phrases, as well as communicate live, to facilitate information to the reinforcement units and possible targets.

Resistant to light rain, strong winds and extreme temperatures, the M30 has been acquired with the latest technology to provide security and support to Teguise and the island of Lanzarote, both in sporting events, as in special and necessary occasions that are required.
