Health has reported the death of another person with coronavirus in Lanzarote. According to reports from the Ministry, it is a 91-year-old man who was admitted to the Molina Orosa plant and suffered from previous pathologies.
In total, since the beginning of the pandemic the island has counted 68 deaths, 14 of them in this sixth wave. The last death took place on February 4, it was a 65-year-old man and was admitted to the plant at the Molina Orosa Hospital.
As reported by the Lanzarote Health Area, on the morning of this Tuesday there were 10 patients admitted to the Covid ward of the Molina Orosa, two less than the previous day. In addition, there is only one patient affected by the disease in the Insular Hospital, where an outbreak that affected 15 patients was detected weeks ago.
