The teguiseño Álvaro Hernández has visited Lanzarote these days to give the association Mercedes Medina his sculpture made in white patinated clay.

The Fine Arts student from the Complutense University of Madrid has come to the association that is located in Arrecife, in these days of the end of the course, to give them this sculpture in gratitude for the scholarship granted by the association.

According to Mercedes Medina, next year he will finish his degree and plans to continue with a Master's Degree in Teacher Training.
