Air Europa Express and the union representatives have ratified this Monday the pre-agreements reached for the signing of the collective agreements, both for pilots and cabin crew (TCPs). This concludes the negotiation process carried out with both professional groups over the last few months. The two agreements, which constitute the first reached in their respective areas in the company, will be in force until December 31, 2025.
In the case of the Collective Agreement for pilots as well as for TCPs, the update of the conditions will allow their professionals to have a salary increase of 5% in 2023, 4% in 2024 and 2.5% in 2025. This contributes to the recovery of their purchasing power even above what was established in the V Agreement for Employment and Collective Bargaining reached in May by social agents and employers' associations.
The agreements reached allow not only the maintenance of employment and the future of all Air Europa Express professionals, but also the updating and modernization of the framework that will regulate their labor relations in the coming years.
The company has thanked the representatives of both groups for the work carried out during this time, as well as the exercise of responsibility demonstrated during the negotiation. The resulting agreements are a reflection of the willingness to dialogue maintained by all parties and constitute an important boost to face the development of the corporate strategic plan. With it, both Air Europa Express and Air Europa Líneas Aéreas consolidate their recovery and reaffirm their position in the Madrid-Barajas air hub from profitability, efficiency and sustainability.
