"AFOL will continue to claim and demonstrate that health is the most important thing we have and that united we can all fight for the right to a dignified health. The doors of AFOL are open and available to try to solve everything that is in our hands. In this period, we have continued to contribute and support, at all times, the needs and their services. Looking for the way and the means that was, to obtain the resources that they requested; for AFOL, there is no rest. We are with them, because they are brave, tenacious and face with courage what comes, they are our family. Our objectives are being achieved, with perseverance, it is our commitment not to falter. We said last year that soon, there would be radiotherapy on our island, but as you all know we have had to go back to the streets to make our needs heard. It is difficult for them to understand that united resources are achieved sooner and putting themselves in the place of others is difficult for them to assume. For AFOL, it has not been in vain to go out and communicate to the inhabitants of Lanzarote and La Graciosa that we cannot stand idly by, we must demand our rights and fulfill our duty. We thank all those who accompanied us. "Health is not everything, but without it everything else is nothing."
