The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has activated the yellow warning for high temperatures and suspended dust from this Tuesday in Lanzarote and La Graciosa.

Specifically, the heat warning will begin at 11:00 a.m. and temperatures of up to 34 degrees may be recorded during this Tuesday. For its part, the haze warning will be activated from 9:00 p.m. on this day with a visibility of 3,000 meters and concentrations may exceed 200 micrograms per cubic meter.

These warnings will also affect the rest of the archipelago, to which is added the wind warning already in force on the islands of La Palma, El Hierro, La Gomera and Tenerife that may leave gusts of up to 70 kilometers per hour.

As for the state of the sky in Lanzarote this Tuesday, it will be clear in general, except in the north where cloudy intervals are expected in the last hours. In addition, the wind will blow moderately from the northeast with strong intervals in the interior of the southern half, where a very strong occasional gust is not ruled out at dawn.
