A small boat with 34 people on board has arrived on its own means to Lanzarote, specifically to the Jameos area in the north of the island, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
This is the sixth precarious vessel that has arrived on the island this Saturday, December 28. During the morning, Maritime Rescue has rescued five small boats with about 253 people.
All have been transferred to Puerto Naos where they have been attended by Red Cross volunteers.
