A 17-year-old boy was moderately injured after receiving stab wounds with a bladed weapon on Avenida Las Palmeras, in Costa Teguise.
The incident took place around 05:04 hours this Monday, August 17, when the Canary Islands Government's Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 112 received the alert.
Local Police officers, the Civil Guard, and two ambulances, one advanced life support and another basic life support, from the Canarian Urgency Service, were dispatched to the scene.
Healthcare personnel assessed the affected person and, after assisting him, he was transferred to the Doctor José Molina Orosa Hospital.
Police service agents carried out the corresponding investigations.
