A 23-year-old man had to be rescued after suffering a fall in Montaña Amarilla in La Graciosa, according to Emerlan.
The incident took place at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Monday, January 1. Once alerted by the CECOES, an NGO vehicle was dispatched to the scene where they confirmed that the young man had multiple injuries.
Emergency personnel removed him from Montaña Amarilla and transferred him to the health center of the Eighth Island, where he was treated for his injuries.
