A woman was injured this Wednesday after suffering a hit-and-run on Avenida Hernández Pacheco in the Titerroy neighborhood, in Arrecife, according to the Emergency Coordination Center (CECOES).
The incident took place around 09:10 hours, when the 112 received a call alerting them of what had happened. Following this, emergency services quickly traveled to the scene.
Once in the area, healthcare personnel provided healthcare attention to the injured woman before she was transferred by a basic life support ambulance from the Canarian Emergency Service to the Hospital José Molina Orosa.
In addition, the Local Police also traveled to the scene, where they were responsible for regulating traffic and initiating the corresponding proceedings.
