Two women were injured this Thursday in a traffic accident on the Lz-2 road from Playa Blanca to Yaiza. According to reports from the Security and Emergency Consortium, two vehicles collided laterally, resulting in one of them leaving the road.
Once alerted by the CECOES, agents of the Civil Guard, Local Police, an ambulance from the Canary Emergency Service and firefighters went to the scene.
The drivers of the two cars were able to get out of the vehicles on their own and were attended by the health personnel who later transferred them by ambulance to the Playa Blanca health center.
The firefighters disconnected the battery and marked the vehicle that was off the road with tape.
For their part, the police agents are preparing the corresponding report.
