A tree fell this past Saturday at the intersection of Chafariz and Andalucía streets in Arrecife, as reported to La Voz by one of the residents of the area.
Despite the incident, there were no injuries or material damage, as at that moment no pedestrians or vehicles were circulating on the street.
According to him, in October 2025 the residents alerted the Arrecife City Council to the "dangerous" situation the tree was in, as it was leaning towards the street, which is also steep.
