A person missing in Lanzarote was located this Thursday, October 1, in the Ye area, according to the Consortium of Emergencies.
It was a friend of the hiker who contacted the Local Police since she did not know the whereabouts of her friend, who had gone down the Camino de las Rositas and had lost contact with her.
After being alerted, agents from the Local Police, Civil Guard, and firefighters with a drone were mobilized. Finally, the woman was found by another hiker, completely disoriented in the area.
An ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Services traveled to the site, healthcare personnel attended to her and transferred her to the Molina Orosa.
