The driver who overturned with his car in the Argana neighborhood on Wednesday morning had five times the permitted alcohol level.
Specifically, as confirmed by the Local Police, the driver had a rate of 1.35 milligrams of alcohol per exhaled air and 2.70 grams of alcohol in blood, when the maximum allowed is 0.25 milligrams per liter in exhaled air and 0.5 grams in blood.
Therefore, the police force will open a criminal investigation against the driver, who was hospitalized after the accident after suffering moderate injuries.
