A woman has been rescued by the GES helicopter after suffering a possible heat stroke when she was on the Camino de los Gracioseros in the north of Lanzarote.
The rescue took place at approximately 2:00 p.m. this Sunday, August 10, when the CEOCES was notified. The helicopter, a basic life support ambulance and the Local Police have traveled to the scene.
Given the difficulty of the terrain, the GES helicopter was moved, whose rescuers located the affected person and, after rescuing her, proceeded to transfer her to the SUC basic life support ambulance that had been moved.
The health personnel has assisted the affected person who presented symptoms of a possible heat stroke of a moderate nature, and after stabilizing her, they have transferred her to the Valterra health center.
