Part of a house listed as protected by Heritage has collapsed this Thursday afternoon in the town of La Costa, in Tinajo.
The incident, which occurred on Guirre Street number 5, forced the intervention of the Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium after a notice from the Local Police, who alerted of a technical assistance due to the fall of the roof.
Upon arriving at the scene, the agents verified that it was a house with heritage protection and that one of its rear walls was partially destroyed. Given the risk of total collapse of the structure, it was decided to mark the house and secure the perimeter.
The intervention was classified as level 2 and was carried out by the Central Park and Bravo 6 unit. No injuries have been reported.
