Firefighters intervened early Sunday morning in the overturning of a vehicle in the roundabout of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, in Arrecife, as reported by the Emergency Consortium.
The events took place around 05:37 hours, at which time the Emergency Coordination Center alerted the personnel.
When the firefighters arrived at the scene, the occupants of the vehicle were outside of it, although they were not injured. Local Police officers from Arrecife were already in the area securing the scene.
Due to the accident, the car was overturned on its roof in the central lane of the roundabout, so the firefighters placed it back on its four wheels.
After that, the vehicle was removed by a tow truck and the personnel cleaned up the oil spill from the roadway with sepiolite and removed the vehicle debris.
