The National Police is investigating a man who allegedly threatened with a weapon a worker of a nightlife venue in Arrecife.
The events took place in the early hours of last Sunday to Monday, when a DJ was working in a well-known event hall in the capital. At that moment, a brawl started in the venue between several people and the DJ reprimanded the clients for their attitude, managing to appease the situation.
Upon closing the premises, the DJ was allegedly threatened by one of the clients to whom he had reprimanded their attitude, who took out a weapon to harass him. For the moment, it remains to be clarified whether it is a real or simulated weapon.
After leaving the premises, the DJ went to the National Police station in Arrecife to file a complaint against the client. According to police sources revealed to La Voz, the investigation is open and they are trying to identify and arrest the perpetrator.
According to the newspaper La Provincia, the investigated was involved in two other brawls in the area that night.
