A driver lost control of his vehicle and collided head-on with another that was parked in Arrecife, according to the Consortium of Emergencies.
The accident took place this Saturday, August 22, around 1:17 PM on Isa street in the capital of Lanzarote.
Local Police officers, an ambulance from the Canary Islands Emergency Service, and firefighters were dispatched to the scene.
The two occupants of the vehicle were outside of it, complaining of severe hip pain, and were attended to by the Health Services upon their arrival.
Due to the impact, the two vehicles became entangled, so when the Local Police gave permission, they proceeded to separate them with the help of the winch.
For their part, the police officers carried out the corresponding report.
