A man caused damage to the police car after being arrested for "alteration" by the Civil Guard this past Saturday in San Bartolomé, as confirmed to La Voz by the Benemérita itself.
Apparently, the agents detained this person for his state of "alteration and agitation" and at the moment of transferring him to the Guardia Civil barracks, he broke one of the police car windows in his desperation for them to release him.
Furthermore, during the car ride, the detainee tried to jump from the moving car, but fortunately the officers were driving at a very reduced speed given the detainee's agitated state.
According to police sources, the detainee himself suffered some minor injuries of no importance, while the officers did not suffer any harm.
