Five more immigrants from the boat that arrived on the coast of Haría have been located

The total number of occupants intercepted has been 14, seven of whom have declared to be minors

Red Cross attends to the three immigrants located in Arrecife

The Civil Guard has located five more occupants of the boat that arrived this Saturday on the coast of Haría, so that the total number of immigrants intercepted amounts to 14. Three of them have been found in Arrecife and two others in the northern area. All of them are male and seven of them have declared to be minors.

According to the Emergency Consortium, one of them had to be transferred to Molina Orosa for possible symptoms of dehydration. The rest of the immigrants have been transferred to the Máguez Nature Classroom.

The boat arrived at dawn at Punta Prieta or Cocinitas beach on the north coast of the island. The Civil Guard activated a search device for the occupants of the boat in which the Local Police have also participated. The Red Cross has provided them with first aid on land. Everyone will be tested to see if they have covid.
