Five people were injured this Saturday, June 13, after a collision on the LZ-40 road involving several vehicles, according to information gathered so far.
The accident mobilized a large emergency response, including two basic life support ambulances from the Canary Islands Emergency Service, members of the Lanzarote Security and Emergency Consortium, Civil Protection, Civil Guard officers, and local police from the area.
Initial reports indicate that the incident occurred around 3:30 PM this Saturday. As a result of the impact, five people suffered various injuries and were attended to by the health services dispatched to the scene.
Emergency teams worked on assisting the affected individuals, coordinating traffic, and removing the vehicles involved, while security forces took charge of the proceedings to clarify the circumstances of the accident.
