The firefighters extinguished a fire this Sunday that affected an organic waste container at night on Raspilla street, in Tinajo, according to the Emergency Consortium.
The incident occurred around 10:00 PM and when they arrived at the scene, Local Police officers were already present.
The personnel checked that there was risk of spreading to another nearby container, so they proceeded to carry out extinction work by applying water in spray and jet, later using foam to ensure the complete extinction of the fire.
Once the fire was extinguished, they carried out cooling work and checked for the absence of active embers, so they declared the intervention complete.
