Firefighters from the Consortium of Security and Emergencies carried out a technical assistance due to a road in poor condition in La Graciosa.

The firefighters were alerted by the manager of the Consortium, Enrique Espinosa, about the dangerous condition of one of the roads in La Graciosa due to the recent rainfall from the passage of the DANA in the eighth island.

This is the access road to Lambra beach, which had damage to the running surface, due to the dragging and erosion of the terrain caused by the runoff of rainwater. To reach the area, they traveled with the R3 intervention vehicle.

According to the firefighters, the condition of the road posed a risk to vehicle circulation, as there were deteriorated areas with a risk of loss of stability and possible accidents.

Given the detected risks, they decided to cordon off and delimit the affected section, with the aim of warning road users and preventing possible incidents.
