Firefighters from the Security and Emergency Consortium have intervened in the fire of a home that was filled with smoke on León y Castillo street in Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote.
Alerted by the Local Police of Arrecife to the presence of a fire, firefighters approached the scene.According to the Consortium, the fire originated due to **a frying pan catching fire** and was extinguished by the Local Police, who requested their presence to help ventilate.Present at the scene and with the presence of the Local Police of Arrecife, who had secured the area until our arrival, it was observed that there were traces of smoke in the dwelling
Therefore, the firefighters proceeded to ventilate, helping us with the electric fans, leaving the home smoke-free after a few minutes. The police and the tenant were informed of the service's completion so we could return to base.
