A 54-year-old woman was injured this Tuesday after inhaling smoke in a house fire on Coronel Capaz street in the capital of Lanzarote.
The fire took place around 7:00 p.m., when CECOES received a call warning of a gas leak in a cylinder that led to a flare.
Agents of the Local Police, the Emergency Consortium and an ambulance of the Canary Emergency Service have traveled to the scene.
The health personnel have attended to the affected person and after stabilizing her, they have evacuated her by ambulance to the Molina Orosa Hospital.
The firefighters have extinguished the fire and the agents of the Local Police have collaborated with the emergency services.
