The sentimental couple composed of the woman Elena G.S., 29 years old, and the man Alonso B.A., 25 years old, both natives of Oviedo and residents of La Santa, municipality of Tinajo, have been arrested by the Civil Guard of San Bartolomé for growing Marijuana in their home.
A statement from the Armed Institute explains that the agents discovered that a species of Cannabis, exactly Marijuana Flower, was being cultivated in an apartment, and several pots were seized whose plants yielded a total weight of 8 kilos.
These Marijuana plants were in the process of growth, for later drying, distribution and sale.
The two detainees were brought to justice in Arrecife accused of a crime against public health.

On the other hand, in the early hours of last Saturday, a young 18-year-old native and resident of the Argana Alta neighborhood of Arrecife, was attacked by a North African who, after punching him and leaving him almost unconscious on the ground, stole a mobile phone and various amounts of money.
