A large Emergency team has been mobilized this Monday afternoon to the municipality of Tías after being alerted to a traffic accident. The events took place on the highway, from the road that connects Lanzarote Airport and the coastal town of Puerto del Carmen, near the Rancho Texas crossing.Firefighters have been moved to the area, as well as two ambulances from the Canary Islands Emergency Service - one basic and one equipped for advanced life support - with a doctor and a nurse from the Tías Health Center. The collision between the two vehicles has forced traffic to be diverted, while emergency services worked in the area.
