Boluntis extinguished the fire in a trash can in Puerto del Carmen on the afternoon of Friday, April 7.
It was the Local Police who alerted the NGO to the fire in the trash can located on Reina Sofía street, near the Isla y el Mar hotel.
Once at the scene, the emergency teams proceeded to extinguish it.
