Emergency services have begun this Friday the third consecutive day of search for Miguel Ángel Gentile, the 41-year-old Uruguayan man disappeared on the Famara cliff, after a search that ended unsuccessfully this Thursday. The operation is being coordinated by the Guardia Civil and participating are the firefighters of the Emergency Consortium, the GES helicopter, Emerlan and Policía Local de Haría.
This Friday the 'Cuco' helicopter of the Civil Guard and a specialized team have been incorporated due to the complicated orography of the terrain.
As you will recall, initially the emergency services found the vehicle, his mobile phone and the personal documentation of Gentile at the access to the Camino de Las Rositas, in the town of Ye. According to what the Benemérita has informed, the man had planned to do hiking routes in the area.
The hypothesis that the armed institute is considering is that the car was parked in the place since last April 5.
It was Miguel Ángel Gentile's father who reported from Brazil that he knew nothing of his son, since on the island he only has one relative with whom he would not maintain a close relationship.
