The Civil Guard found no indications of criminality in the death of a woman whose husband tried to board a plane at Tenerife South airport when she was already dead.
Sources from the Civil Guard have informed EFE that, although the events have only now come to light, they occurred on October 24 of last year when, at the security checkpoint of the Tenerife airport, the man, around 80 years old and a foreigner, attempted to pass through with his wife, 75, who was in a wheelchair, to catch a flight to their country of origin.
